I share this quote from Hilary Hinton Ziglar about sales. I like it very much: I find it true and authentic. "Every sales has five basic obstacles:
no need,
no money,
no hurry,
no desire,
no trust."
Lets assume that we overcome the 5 obstacles: are we really sure that we finally get the sale done?
I don't think so. I am just thinking about frequent answers when I propose new and innovative services: "nobody does it (yet)" or "nobody has it (yet)" (in case of products).
Good luck for your sales and ... cheers to Innovation!
This sensational TED's video which you find at this link here is another great exemple of innovation: how is it possible to bring innovation to something like the silk, which is more than 5.000 years old?
Fiorenzo Omenetto is explaining how they achieve this spectacular result, by reverse engineering the process known and commonly applied. He shares more than 20 astonishing new uses for silk, one of nature's most elegant materials: in transmitting light, improving sustainability, adding strength and making medical leaps and bounds.
Lean methodology can be applied really to any area in your company. Have you never thought about optimizing your communication and marketing processes using this approach? It does bring benefits to the corporate communication governance in terms of greater efficiency to face markets evolving requirements.
