Professional profile

I developed a significant inernational experience within the graphic arts, the print industry, the software and consulting business with a solid track record of effective management of processes, people and technology.

My professional profile is the combination of technical skills within the fields of graphic arts, print and software solutions, with an in depth know-how in providing consulting services of change management, web communication strategies through the application of the most advanced methodologies of continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma) and quality management (UNI EN ISO 9001:2000).

I achieved an University Master in Lean Six Sigma, since 2004 I am member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), registered at the PMI - North Italy Chapter (NIC), since 2005 I am an active member of the International Consortium CIP4 for the development and the spreading of the Job Definition Format (JDF) within the graphic arts and the print industry. Since July 2011 I am the JDF Certified Expert n° 64 world wide and n° 3 in Italy.
I am the co-founder and administrator of censhare Italia Srl, I am registered at the Compagnia delle Opere - Veneto (CDO), I enjoy creating content for web sites of business information, writing articles for specialized magazines and for my own blog.
